The Sentry Leather Strap Watch, 42mm

I purchased this watch (in rose gold, gunmetal color) for my boyfriend for Christmas. His old watch broke so I can't wait for him to see this one! The rose gold/gunmetal and rich leather are the perfect combination of classic and modern style. It can be dressed up with a suit or worn with a t-shirt and jeans. This watch has a unique look without being super flashy or totally over-sized. I was worried about the rose gold being too pink--its not. This is a great looking watch!

Bought this watch for my husband for Vday and he loves it! It looks like a classic watch yet with some interesting and more modern flares like the stitching on the band, and the blue second timer. I will say when I got it in the mail and after giving it to him, we realized it wasn't working : ( We tried to set the time, and push the time setting button and nothing. I had to drive to a Nordstrom location and take it to the watch counter to have the associate look at it. Luckily she discovered that there is a teeny tiny plastic stopper between the watch and the time setting button/scroll. So just be aware of that! I didn't get see it and even looked for something like that when I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday. It's very understated and works as an everyday watch for someone who wears business casual. The leather is quality and it's a great price!

Great watch at a great value! This review might be under my wife, but this is her husband writing this. I have never owned a Nixon but am glad to picked this one up. The watch is very sturdy and just the right amount of flash. The leather is great quality for the price and the rose gold really pops. I get so many compliments and recommend this watch highly.

So sorry that I had to return this watch. The small strap that holds the wrist strap down is of two pieces, glued together. After 5 days of wearing it separated. I would not recommend this watch. The sales associate I dealt with at the store had another just like it to swap, but he suggested that the same problem would occur due to the way it was made. Very disappointing.

I love this watch! It is my first watch of my adult wardrobe and it is perfect. It goes with dress and casual. The dial and metal body are very durable. The Band is very comfortable. The only thing that you need to know is that the metal tone is slightly lighter than the picture shows. But it actually looks better in person. A definite yes on the recommendation!!!
