Sportswear Essential Water Repellent Oversize Jacket

We just had a hurricane in Houston, and this was the best thing I wore to keep me from getting extremely wet in the rain. The only thing missing is a hood to cover your head, but everything else stayed dry. It's also super comfortable—it's like you're not wearing anything, yet you're fully protected from the rain. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 6’ tall with broad shoulders and wear a medium in Nike outerwear (something to take into consideration when reading this review). I have a medium in this jacket. It fits well, but I fully expected it to fit a little more oversized than it does based on the pictures and description. I can imagine this jacket would achieve the oversized look on a smaller person, but the fit is a bit off for me. I like the material, the mesh on the inside seems like it will keep me warmer than a typical windbreaker. I’ll still use it when the weather cools a bit, but I think it would just be cuter on a smaller-framed body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The essentials jacket is just what it is! It’s windbreaker material, and perfect for cold/raining weather. It’s lightweight and perfect for summer weather as well! The only thing I would recommend changing is the hood. There isn’t one, and that would be the perfect addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This woven coaches’ jacket is a solid article of clothing. The fit is fairly oversized; I went with my regular jacket size and it was looser and baggier than what I’m used to. It was still a comfortable fit though. The design is what you expect from a coaches’ jacket and is pretty standard. It also includes a string at the bottom hem to tighten it up if you wanted to. The pockets are roomy and the snap buttons are convenient. The feel is comfortable. The main body is nylon and feels substantial. They have the feel of guys’ swim trunks but with higher quality. It’s meant to block out UV rays so that would make sense why it feels thicker. It also has a mesh inner liner layer that helps in warmer temperatures. The swooshes on the front and back are both embroidered. The front swoosh is subtle but the one on the back is a bit large for anyone who doesn’t exactly prefer loud branding. Overall, it’s a nice jacket to leave next to the door and grab before you head out!
