Pro Therma-FIT Crop Fleece Hoodie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Nike Fleece Hoodie Grx and my wife was genuinely impressed. The fit is perfectly true to size, providing a relaxed, flattering shape. The fabric is the highlight; it's incredibly plush and cloud-soft, offering instant high-end comfort. She especially loved the modern, versatile half-hoodie design. The thing she liked most is definitely the comfort and the reliable sizing. The only minor change she might suggest is adding a drawstring to the hood for extra function, but overall, this piece is a flawless addition to any wardrobe. Don’t walk to buy it, run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occasionally I opt to try a new type of clothing out for my wife--sometimes the results are great and other times...she has an opinion, which is totally fine. She's never had a crop top...well, really anything (i.e. shirt, hoodie, etc.) before so this was a gamble. Considering it wasn't necessarily meant to be a fashion statement type article of clothing, but rather just for her outdoor running or for running errands, I figured it was worth the risk. Initially, I thought it was an immediate 'No', but she humored me and ended up wearing it more than I thought she would and actually seemed to end up liking it a good bit. Especially based off of her preliminary reaction! The fit and feel to her was comfortable. She found the sizing of both the body and the sleeves to be a bit larger (read: baggy) than she would have preferred but thought that perhaps this is pretty normal for this style of hoodie. Since she has never owned one before, she wasn't 100% sure. If you have owned this style of hoodie before and know this to be true, then this one is probably just as you'd expect it to be! The design of the hoodie, as alluded to previously, was different than what she has ever really worn before. She is usually open to trying out new styes of clothing, however, and was pleasantly surprised at how she was 'okay with it', especially considering she had no say or part in choosing to try it out (my choice, as her husband). It was a surprise, if you will (I know, I know. Guys choosing clothing for their significant other is usually frowned upon!). She found the strap on the back of the jacket to be a helpful feature that, although not utilized yet by her, would help to provide additional ventilation or to add to the cropped nature of the jacket. She also appreciated the thumb holes in the wrist cuffs of the sleeves as they help to keep the sleeves from flopping around while running. She agreed initially with my take on the feel of the fabric as being very soft to the touch. However, after wearing it a few times, she ended up concluding that the feel of the outer fabric wasn't as soft as she had initially thought. Or better yet, it didn't have quite the feel to it on her skin as she thought it would. It seemed to remind her of the same sensation one experiences from touching a microfiber towel or rag. Having said that, she really likes the interior fabric which for sure is very soft. That same thing is what she likes most about this hoodie--that is, the soft and cozy feel of the internal fabric. It is light and comfortable enough to wear all day! The one thing she would change, as alluded to in the title, would be to add pockets. Granted, having pockets on a crop top hoodie might make accessing them a bit difficult in a jiffy. She just wishes there was a pocket to have her keys in if she needed to. Overall though, she would definitely recommend this jacket to someone looking for a lightweight but cozy layer for the fall. Thanks Nike!
