Phenom Elite Dri-FIT Running Pants

I am seldom compelled to submit a review of a Nike product as I have always been very happy with my purchases, however, this time I can not let my displeasure go without comment. Upon initial inspection I found the inside seam was not completely sewn to the zipper leaving a small hole. A small oversite that I repaired myself. Not a big deal as I am handy with needle and thread. Next I noticed that the zippers were not finished off properly at the cuff leaving a 'y-shaped' gap. The cuff did not properly close around my ankle. It did not look right, but I was willing to overlook this flaw. The final straw came when the right drawstring pulled completely out without little or no effort. I cannot say what caused this failure. At this point I was deeply disappointed, but not surprised. It left me wondering what other little surprises are instore for me. I have several pairs of the Phenom pants in my closet and I love them all. The fit and finish are beyond reproach. Otherwise, I am happy with the materials and fit. It is the attention to details that seriously flaws this garment. I cannot truly recommend this product at this price point. I plan to return this product.
