Welded overlays add structure without extraneous weight, while signature Flywire cables link the lacing to the sole for reliable, responsive lockdown. It sits on Diverse Cushioning Foam that's firmer at the heel for a secure, stable fit and softer under the forefoot for high-impact cushioning. An optional Hyperlift insert under the heel fits all Metcon shoes and promotes optimal form for squats, wall balls and thrusters. Great fit for narrow feet
These are great for weight lifting workouts and especially great if you have feet on the more narrow side - I often find shoes made for this are too bulky and but these are just right.

Be aware
Horrible quality. Same day I got em same day I sent pictures to Nike chat. Definitely the ones I got looks almost like a knock off cuz of ho much glue was spilled all over. No quality control whatsoever. Cheap Nike.

Bought these shoes for leg day, they are great shoes. They come with a heel insert you can add it you need it. Only thing I don’t like is that they sound like high heels walking around the gym.

Metcons but improved.
Upgraded looks, still serves the function of being supportive for weightlifting and CrossFit, but also has some cushion for a short run for warmups. This a multifunction shoe now. Short runs, lofting, CrossFit, light ball work for soccer, and cute enough to wear out for athleisure. Will purchase again in future.
I still wear the low pro Metcons and will also continue to do so.... these are so cute.

Not a Typical Nike
I followed others reviewers advice and went up a half size, which is generally standard for a Nike shoe, but in this case it didn’t hold true for me. I found that my heel walked right out of it. The shoe is wide in the toe box which I guess is necessary for cross fit training. I’m not really into cross fit but my PT/trainer suggested these for my workouts. They seemed comfortable and more flexible than a standard athletic shoe so I’m hoping the half size down that I’ve ordered works.

Great Training / CrossFit Shoe
I have used these for over a week now. The first time putting them on they felt stiff and almost too tight and uncomfortable, but I was told these were highly recommended so I figured I would try them out and see if they get better. I am so happy I kept them! They definitely need to be broken in but once they are, they are so comfortable and perfect if you are working on CrossFit and cross training workouts! I previously used the Reebok Nano line and I definitely prefer these! Also, I have a wider foot after having two kids and these definitely don’t make my feet feel squished!

Styling Nikes
Love the pattern and quality. These are so good looking. Sadly the sizing didn’t work out for me. I have wide feet which means a size 9B but they were too snug in the widest part of my foot. I tried half a size up and the heel was too loose.
