Nordstrom consistently ships their shoes in plastic mailer bags and fails to protect the actual shoebox. This happens over and over again and the shoe box almost always arrives damaged. Only some of the nordstrom facilities that ship stuff out actually put them in boxes. And even when they do, they don't use packing paper, so the box slides around the shipping box.

Only some of the nordstrom facilities that ship stuff out actually put them in boxes. And even when they do, they don't use packing paper, so the box slides around the shipping box.
