Kids' Dri-FIT Multi+ Shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old son loves the feel of the Nike training shorts and has been wearing them constantly. The fabric is soft, lightweight and of good quality. My son does say he gets cold wearing them outside, but for context we do live in Washington and he isn't "training" when he wears them. My son is 4'11" and the shorts fall about an inch above the knee cap, which he likes. Another thing he likes about the shorts is the waist. He says he can't really feel the elastic band, but also doesn't worry about them falling during activity. The design is fairly basic with a few seems, likely built for strength. My son is very into brand name items and wishes the Nike swoosh was a tad bit bigger. He also commented that he likes the pockets, but wishes they were a tad bit bigger to hold his iPhone, but I think it fits his phone just fine. The fabric of the shorts is nice and soft. I think my son doesn't understand why the fabric is so thin despite explaining to him they are designed for training. Despite the thinness, the fabric feels strong and has really cool built in ventilation on the side seems for training. The fabric is all flat black and not too shinny, which makes them look expensive. Overall, my son loves how comfortable the shorts are and really would only make the fabric a little bit thicker, so he isnt quite as cold during our wet Washington season.

She enjoyed the length and how light it felt while running up and down the court. After her practice she said it felt like she wasn’t wearing her typical bulky shorts and it made her feel a bit faster. She especially loved the moisture wicking feature as the shorts were bone dry after a 2 hour workout! She did mention that she would likely only wear them for sports and not causally because of how thin they were.

She is a cross country runner as well as basketball player and the shorts allow her body to move the way she needs to in order to excel at sports. The material is breathable which is a must in our hot summers . Shorts fit true to size !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was a little bigger than expected, but the drawstrings were helpful in getting a more personalized fit. They’re airy, super comfortable and my toddler really enjoys wearing them. It’s cool that they’re wrinkle resistant and more on the quiet casual side, so I can definitely use them as part of his school uniform on casual days.

He’s already worn them to school, outside for run club, and on a day hike. He likes the pockets and mobility. And as his parents washing them, we like the aeration on the side panels that keeps sweat and smells to a minimum. We’ll likely buy in other colors.
