Damaged item and security tag still on
I had been waiting to receive this item for my son. I opened the bag and find it’s clearly dirty with black marks all over to top it off the security tag is still on it. I called customer service to send me another one and I’m told I need to place a new order. Now I hope the new order I placed is processed soon because over this past month I’ve had 3 items cancelled because they were out of stock. Plus over the past year this is like the 6th item that I received with the security tag still on, it’s not that hard people, who is training these employees in the LA area?

Cardigan from the future
Amazingly soft does not accurately describe the texture of this cardigan. It feels and looks like it’s from the future. Beautiful constructed. Great to dress up or down. Must buy

Oversized and soft
The cardigan is an oversized. Typically I wear a 2XL for tee but was hesitant on the sizing. I got a XL. Materials are very soft. Lots of room. Pockets have zipper and are hidden.
