amazing sneakers
Sneakers for me were true to size. They are snug and amazing for the gym. I did not find them to run small or be bulky. Definitely has arch support

Horrible Service
I have these shoes in multiple colors. I bought the shoe in blue. I was so excited, the box came beat up. I was scared. The shoe was dirty on the bottom with a silver like stain. The inside was dirty not too dirty, I guess that's why they sent it. I cannot believe this happened to me. Nordstrom do better. Customer service refused to help,

Best Indoor Training Shoe!
These are my favorite training shoe! They have flexibility but are also more of a flat surface - perfect for indoor weight training, agility training, and HIIT training. I would not buy nor use these as a running or walking shoe as they lack proper cushion for distance and impact. They’re best for sports conditioning. I wear mine to F45 classes and wouldn’t prefer any other style of training shoe!

Favorite training shoes
Wasn’t quite sure at first if these shoes would workout for since I have extremely high arched feet and semi wide. But I love them! Great support for lifting workouts. These shoes are great for movements where you need stabilization when lifting weights or for some hiit movements but they are not for cardio. The color is so cute too!

Some improvements from the Metcon 4
Much easier to get on than the Metcon 4’s, but seem to run slightly larger and wider. The tongue isn’t attached anymore which I really like, but there is a tag at the front that rubs and scratches at your ankle. I ended up cutting it off after my first wear.

Wanted to Love These
After reading other reviews, I purchased these in the gray and sized up half a size. I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly. Initial thoughts of the shoe - I don't think they're the cutest but they are great for gym sessions. They are comfortable for the most part and I feel like my feet can breathe. I love the stability I get on leg day while wearing these. They are very light weight although a bit bulky. After weight lifting, I will do about 30 min of cardio. That could be walking on the treadmill on an incline or using the elliptical with moderate resistance. I do not like these shoes for cardio. They are not the most comfortable and felt some foot pain after about half way into my cardio. My biggest issue with the shoe is that the back of the shoe is high compared to my 2018 Nike Free Runs that I typically wear. I wear ankle socks and the shoe rubbed against my heels badly. Because of this, I will be returning them. That problem could probably be easily solved by wearing socks that cover your heels to protect the friction.
