Comfy!
I have narrow feet and these hug my feet perfectly. Usually I settle for trainers that are too wide, because most of them are designed for normal to wide feet (in my opinion), then I try and make up for it with thicker socks. I have several pairs of Nike’s in size 8, including these ones. I decided to buy these for HIIT class and I think they’re absolutely perfect! I’m already looking at buying them in other colors. I’d definitely recommend these for someone with narrow feet

most comfy shoes I own
Absolutely love the Nike metcon 4s!! This was my first pair and within a week of owning I bought a second pair. And I plan to buy a few more lol. That’s how comfortable they are. I wear them everywhere, including working out and walking my dog. Yes they are a little difficult to put on the first time, but it get easier with each wear. Trick is to put your finger inside the shoe on the back and then slip your foot in as you hold the the tongue with the other hand. Basically your finger acts as a shoe horn, so your foot will go in much easier.

size UP! wide feet need not apply
All other reviews lightweight humble brag how comfortable and overall wonderful this shoe is. ….are we talking about the same shoes though?? Maybe it’s that I ordered too small, or maybe it’s the whole no separate shoe tongue or it’s a struggle to fit my foot inside (width) in the first place. My feet are normal to wide and these shoes were clearly made for the more narrow feet!
SIZE UP! I am now going to try another size which would mean that with my feet, these shoes run almost two sizes small!!

Cute and comfortable
These are perfect daily walking shoes- comfortable with great traction. I ordered a half size up from what I usually buy and they fit well, although I think my regular size would have been okay too.

Not for high-volume feet
I’ve been looking for a cross-training shoe to wear when I lift and when I do HIIT or other side-to-side activities. I have another iteration of Metcons but I liked the extra cushioning these offer. I ordered my usual for Nike, a full size larger than my usual shoe size. Lengthwise, they’re fine. Unfortunately, the upper - all one piece, no tongue - doesn’t accommodate my high-arch foot and wide forefoot. So back these will go.
