very pretty
After reading the reviews I decided to size up from a 7 to 7.5 and an glad I did otherwise they would be too small. If you are in between half sizes I would even size up an entire size as they seem to run small. Otherwise they fit snug and are pretty stable side to side which will be good for cross training. The colors are a bit more vibrant than what I thought was pictured- more of an orangey leopard print and neon pink swoosh logo. Overall they are super cute!

Prefer the Metcon 4
Given the tongue is stitched to the sides, there is zero give and I couldn’t even poet my food in the shoe and I went up 1/2 size. Loved the color, but Nike is just a mess as of late when it comes to sizing.

Great Shoe!
I needed a new training shoe that would absorb shock because of a serious ankle injury. These shoes provide a sturdy feel. They run small, order half size up if you wear thin socks, or a whole size up if you prefer to wear thick socks.

Fit issue for me
These shoes feel very stable for HIIT however for me on one foot, it rubbed high on my ankle bone. Not sure why on one and not the other exactly but ended up not being able to wear. Wondering if anyone else had this issue?

Metcon 3
These Metcon 3 training shoes are awesome. I bought two pairs. I wear only Metcon for training, and these are by far the best. I have a narrow foot so these fit perfectly and are very comfortable! I did go up a 1/2 size for length, which I would recommend. If you have a wide foot these may not be for you.
