Great for the gym
These shoes are very comfortable- bought them to wear while working out at the gym. I don't think I'd run miles in them, as I like more support and stability for running. My regular Nike running shoes are size 8, so that's what I ordered, but they were too small in the length. I replaced them with an 8 1/2, and they fit fine. A little difficult get on, and they are a little tight across the top of my foot. I'd think they might be uncomfortable for someone with a high instep. But I love them for the gym, as there are no shoestrings to come untied.

Not a Training Shoe
I hope you don't try to use this shoe for any kind of workout--other than lying on the floor and doing stretches. There is no support and is little more than going barefoot. It runs very small and is more than difficult to get your foot into it. I returned mine immediately.

I LOVE THEM!!!
Everyone's physical attributes are different, so I cannot speak for everyone, but for my feet these shoes are perfect! I do very demanding physical activities, such as crossfit in these shoes. They are PERFECT for my feet to tackle all types of movements (running, lunges, sled push, rope climb, stretches, lifting, jumping, etc.). To me, no shoe lace, no tongue mean no distraction! I love, love, love, love, love Nike Free Connect!!!!!

Comfy Pair
Very comfortable for training and running. I'm normally 6. 5 medium width. After reading the reviews I decided to order 7 and It fits perfect even with socks. My true size would make it challenging to get my feet into the shoe because of the tight opening. If my size was narrow then 6.5 would be perfect.

BEST shoe money can buy!!!
LOVE * LOVE* LOVE*
I have been wanting these shoes for awhile now. I finally broke down and bought them. I am not disappointed. In fact I just bought a second pair. If I could buy them in every color I would.
