disappointed!

The package arrived destroyed! Shoes smashed too. I bought these for a gift to my husband online since I just had brain surgery I can really go shopping due to being ill. I contacted customer service and they told be to go return in store. What an inconvenience for me the whole reason I did online shopping because I can’t go nowhere for a couple of months. Disappointed on how they packaged these items and arrived looking destroyed.

disappointed!

Missing In Action

Delivery was finally made at 11:30 p.m. supposedly. I never found it! This late of a delivery is a recipe for theft! ONTRAC is the WORST delivery service Ive ever dealt with. Info is always vagie at best!

Dissapointed

Is not often that Nordstrom misses the mark, but they did this time around. Order arrived timely. The item looks worn because obviously it was. It was mailed on generic packaging which raised flags as soon as I opened the package. The attempt to sanitize and clean the sneakers felt short. Next time don’t mail an item as new when in fact it is not.

No shoes!

Never received my shoes, shows they were delivered @10:30pm which the time doesn't sound right. Checked my cameras and quickly realized it was a lie. Nothing was ever dropped off. Nordstrom has to do better!
