OnTrac shipping is TERRIBLE
Shipping was terrible. Please don't continue using OnTrac. Driver marked delivery as "attempted" 3 days in a row without actually attempting delivery. OnTrac support is equally as terrible. I contacted them all 3 days where delivery was falsely marked as "attempted" and they assured me it would be delivered the next day for which it was not. Because of the delay I did not have these shoes in time for an important trip.

Tongue looks cheap
The tongue has the interior yellow foam showing. The top isn’t sealed for some reason. It takes away from the look of a cool shoe. It cheapens it.

Extremely Disappointed
I am so upset. I loved these shoes I thought they would look so cute and go great with every outfit. I Bought them in the summer of 2025 it is now the winter of 2025. These are not my everyday shoes at all, I've worn them a couple of times (Not many, maybe 20-30 times). After I wore them most recently the entire inside of the seam ripped apart and now there is a huge hole disconnecting the leather from the base.
