Convertible Cardigan

I am glad I waited until I hand washed the garment before writing the review, so it is more complete. First the positives. The shape, I really love, and the material also feels great. The shape is such that it loosely skims the body and covers up the mid section without adding bulk. My favorite way to wear it is just tied in the front. It adds a nice waist definition. In fact I loved it so much that I wore it all the time including on our vacation. That is why I had to wash it. After the wash, it lost the slight starchy stiffness the new garment had. It ended up being a soft wrinkled mess. I am going to iron it to see if it makes it better. In any case, it will need ironing after each wash.

Fabric is so delicate after the first use it got holes everywhere it doesn't get back to its shape after the first hand wash. I purchased the powder color. $100 bucks waisted so disappointed not worth it.

I absolutely Love these sweaters and own four of them now! Those that I have are all the lightweight material. They are perfect for wearing over sleeveless tops (for those of us who have less than perfect arms). They hang beautifully and are very flattering. I bought my usual size and it fits great. Also love all the different ways it can be worn.

Versatile little cardigan that is semi-sheer and feather light but just enough to throw over a sleeveless top when you want to be a little more covered up. Bought the Sandshell (pale sand with hint of peach - no green or yellowish tones) and then bought two more. Looks great tied or open. Love it with tanks and jeans or maxi dresses. The linen content gives it a nice drape. Fit is true to size and sleeves are not super tight.

I can't imagine anyone wearing it with the ends wrapped and buttoned, it just looks strange. The biggest issue for me is that they made a large, noticeable button hole at each of the long ends. The hole is raw and looks like someone just poked a finger through the fine knit, plus I fear it would get bigger. Maybe it was just a problem with mine but I returned it.

Love this sweater as it can be worn in a few different ways to switch it up. A classic piece that will be in my wardrobe for years to come. I'm petite at 5'3" 108lbs but got the regular size xs which was already slightly cropped. I felt the petite size would be too cropped.
