Estoy muy molesta con Nordstrom he comprado muchos zapatos online para hija,y siempre habia estado muy satisfecha pero el dia de hoy recibi el ultimo par de tenis que orde para la escuela de mi hija y cuando abri el paquete la caja esta casi desordenada pero lo peor fueron los tenis USADOS,MANCHADOS,CON MAL OLOR Y CON UN CLAVO EN LA SUELA ENSERIO? No puedo creer que el personal no revise lo que manda eso tenia que me enviaron ya fueron usados! Y lo peor de todo que tengo que manejar casi 1hr para hacer la devolución! Estoy realmente molesta

Fell apart in three months
Purchased these for my daughter as a Christmas present, along with a pair of Nikes. Within three months of not even daily wear to school, they’ve fallen apart. The suede ripped away from the inside sole of one of the shoes and the toe was starting to pull away. So disappointing!
