Shoe was not complete. Did not fit right. Asked for a partial refund so I could pay a shoemaker to fix the problem. Per the telecom New Balance does not do that per policy.

Best shoe ever!
I have been searching for the right type of shoe for many years – and finally found this one. What I love about it is that it is flexible enough so that when you wear it the first time you don’t really have to work them in that much. They provide a lot of support and room for my toes. I can also wear them to more formal occasions. And finally, the Velcro straps are very easy to maneuver. I bought my first pair last year, and went back to the store to buy a second pair last week just to have them in reserve in case they stop making these shoes anymore. Thank you!

Best fit for AFO (Ankle Foot Orthodic)
I recently was fitted for an AFO and the New Balance line was recommended to me because they offer wide selections with an roomy toe box. I regularly wore NB so it was a no brainer for me to continue with this brand. Due to the AFO I had to get two pairs, my regular at 11.5 regular and one sized 12.5 6E to accommodate the AFO. If anyone out there needs a left foot 11.5 and right foot 12.5 6E let me know, lol!

hard soles - Hook and Loop Leather 928v3
I bought many similar pairs in the past years but the soles of "Hook and Loop Leather 928v3" which I bought recetly were too hard to walk comfortably. If it is not improved I will swithch to other brand. I am a loyal customer of New Balance for many years.
