Thick!
The sole is thicker. More cushioned and comfortable than a regular 574. On first wear the toe-box seemed a bit snug but I got used to it quickly. The part that is against the Achilles is soft. The reddy-pink model is really very pink in daylight. I'm a M10 in any other shoe, but an 11 in a 574.
