So many compliments...in love
I have both the old style Ace as well as this new one, and this updated one is so nice. The sole is updated & slightly thicker, and these are far more comfortable than the other style that I own (the Ace style with the bees that feel more stiff). So glad to have these, & IMO the updates are on point. I still purchased these a half size smaller (same as the sizing on the other Ace styles). I'd recommend a half to a full size down from your typical American sneaker sizing.

I was sent a USED pair
I am a loyal customer of Nordstrom’s. I’ve bought a handful of Gucci from Nordstrom, as I know they’re authentic and reliable. But this time Nordstrom sent me a USED pair of $900 shoes. No packing inside sneaker, left one has visible creases and signs of dirt/wear on the bottom of the shoes. Laces were tied. I am crazy disappointed and appalled that this would be their customer service of $900 shoes. Just plain wrong. Obviously I am sending back. Will NEVER order online ever again. And shopping Gucci at a brick and mortar in the future.

Dream Shoe
I finally decided to purchase the Gucci New Ace Sneaker and so glad I did. As everyone has said, yes they do run a 1/2 size big. I’m typically a 7.5 in most brands, but these I am a perfect 7 and the width was great. Ive worn than all day with no issues at all. The leather is soft. Plus they came with an extra pair of Gucci logo laces. Purchase - you won’t regret.
