sent wrong item and could care less
Item would be phenomenal if had received correct color. Fit is lovely, length and measurements are as advertised in size info…Item is sold out and not possible to actually obtain, with this negligent packing error…Nordstrom is painfully subpar in customer service. I have never been so displeased with a store that is supposed to provide elite service. Terrible service in person, online, as well as on the phone. I grieve the shopping process with Nordstrom. Have had absolutely beyond horrendous experiences. Do yourself a favor and hope for the least in a shopping experience here.
