Worst machines on the market

I have had 4 of these in the last 3 years they are RUBBISH. The current 1 has lasted just 4 months. You couldn't give me one of these they are crap.

Espresso Patronum

I like the size because it doesn’t take too much space. However, I find that sometimes it quick difficult to push the lever (the opening and closing lid) after inserting the coffee pod.

Thank you for sharing your experience! A slight firmness when closing the lever is just the machine piercing the aluminum capsule perfectly. We truly appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our team. Hope you continue to enjoy your space-saving machine.

Good Item

The machine is good, but the water resevoir is small and the coffee capsule reject container is also very small. A standard coffee cup cannot be used unless you take the bottom tray away.

Nespresso Australia response
Thanks for your review! We love that you are enjoying the coffee, but we hear you on the tight fit. We designed this model to be compact to save counter space, but we get how a small water tank and capsule bin can be a bit restrictive. We have passed your feedback along to our product specialists.

Coffee Machine

So far so good, when it breaks down in 2 months time, like all the others I have had from you, how do I return it without waiting hours on the phone?
