Narrow calf, slightly looser ankle
Boots are gorgeous and well-made. Calf is on the narrow side; my calves are 13.75" and the fit is perfect there. I have fairly short calves, and these hit me several inches above the knee. Boot opening leaves absolutely no wiggle room (my lower thigh is about 15.5" around). There's a little notch at the back with the tie to make them slightly smaller, but on me, the notch is open all the way.
The ankles are a little loose and there is some wrinkling, but it's not a deal-breaker. The forefoot is just a little tight because I have bunions, but I think it'll be fine after breaking in.
I love that these can be worn cuffed or straight.
