Nellis Stitch Sleeveless Body-Con Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress seems to be well made and nice material. It is very thick, so I see it as more of a winter dress than a summer one (with layers of course!). It is quite comfortable too. I usually am on the bigger side of medium but can get away with a small on occasion if it's stretchy. This is a size small and was loose on me, even after putting it in the dryer, so it probably won't be the best sizing for someone who wears a true small. Plus it is stretchy so order a size smaller! It is also long enough to go to my knees even though I'm tall. All of this works for me, but wouldn't work for someone more petite. The neckline is one thing that may work on someone smaller than me. It felt like the arm straps were bit short so they ride up a little in my armpits. Not enough for discomfort but enough to notice. I wanted to love how it looks but it's just not very form fitting in the waist so would at least need a belt and even then, I can't find the right look. My boyfriend called it a "nightgown fit."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this French Connection dress. It gives an effortless, feminine, and timeless look. It is weighty and is made of good material. I like the length of it which hits me at my knees (for reference on 5'8"). It has a little "give" to it, but I wouldn't say that it's completely stretchy. It maintains its silhouette structure.

The small size can fit someone who wears a size large like me. The lining is ample and the dress overall isn’t too revealing. I would prefer the bottom to be more of a flared fit. I’d be careful washing it as any snag in the woven fabric would show and look messy.
