Received Wrong Dresz
I’ve ordered this dress 4 times and each time I have received the wrong dress. The 1st time I received the dress in the wrong size and then the next times it was a completely different dress. Nordstrom customer service said they would reach out to the fulfillment center to correct it but it was never corrected.

super cheap material
I usually like this brand. I cant imagine why anyone would use this material. Reminded me of the awful nightgowns I got as a kid.

I ordered this dress twice. First time, received the wrong dress but returned and ordered again. I received the same wrong dress the second time I ordered. Shipping was fast, customer service was great at refunding me, but regardless, getting the wrong dress twice was a little wild.
