I saw the one star review and tried it anyway. I’m glad I did. It is hard, but it needs to be in order to release the tension. I forced myself to lay on it for 10 minutes and felt my chest and collar bone area open up afterwards. It’s a nice stretch and gave relief. After a few uses, I was able to pop my neck by just hanging my head down and gently clasping my hands around the back of my neck, relieving a lot of built up tension.

Developed neck pain after using it
This product can increase neck pain. It is hard and uncomfortable, and poorly made. I do not recommend it at all.
