Pure Luxe Underwire T-Shirt Bra

Extremely disappointed in this bra, I have now purchased this exact bra 4 times and each one has curled at the top and is now visible under shirts. I hand washed these bras AND air dried them so I don't know how it happened, but it happened 4 times now. It's really sad because these bras are so comfortable, but I've spent too much money on something that didn't last more than 6 months.

I was fit at Nordstrom recently and this has been the most comfortable I’ve been able to find, not only with Natori but all brands. I’d been looking for a good fitting bra for months and tried several brands/stores. The bra straps on the Pure Luxe don’t adjust much which might be a problem when the straps start to stretch out. On the otherhand, the material and design of the straps keep them from falling unlike other Natori styles and bra makes which is a plus! Now onto the negatives. Natori has little quality control with their bras — I’ve had to return over half of my purchases before getting two bras that weren’t defective. The cups on many of these come curled and therefore are rather obvious to others under ones shirt. Reviewers have also commented that the cups curl within several uses. The bra fastener on some also have glued threads or hard plastic sticking out that is a major skin irritant. Hand washing does nothing to resolve this issue. Natori indicated there are no fixes to these issues. As a consumer, It’s frustrating that a bra so expensive would have little quality; concerns me as to how long my bras might last. I’ve had better quality from bras half the cost, only thing missing has been the comfort. So buyer beware, you may have to return and repurchase several times to get a bra made as described. Thankfully Nordstrom has been understanding.

This bra is super soft and smooth, very comfortable. It provides decent but not great support (Chantelle and Wacoal fans, you know what great support feels like). I have had these in the past and found that they stretch out a lot over time (less than a year) -- much more than my Chantelles -- and then the support declines. So if you need a lot of support, this isn't the bra for you. But if you don't need a lot of support or want a "comfort bra," it's a great choice. I find it runs a bit small in the cup. Make sure the band is snug because it stretches out so much.

For the last ten years I have been buying Natori's Double Lace Bra…. It has been replaced by the Pure Luxe underwire shirt bra… The lace straps are more narrow and a lighter weight… the bra itself is does not have as much support and the cups seems larger… Fortunately, I have stocked away 5 of the original bra and currently have 16 in my bra drawer… I'm very disappointed in the changes… needless to say I won't be buying anymore Natori Bras… you lost a good customer!

I came to Nordstrom looking for bras to take on a trip to Italy that were comfy, supportive, and most importantly not too hot (to walk around in the heat all day). My previous bras were from Victoria's Secret and my biggest complaint about them were how hot they were due to the thick foam (NOT push up)! I also couldn't get the straps to stay up on those bras, ever. This Natori bra changed everything for me - it has to be the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. No itching, no snagging, smooth fit underneath clothes, NOT HOT, straps stayed up, the whole nine yards. I ended up buying three and am not looking back.

First of all, I can't even believe I've been wearing the wrong size bra for SO long. Thank god for the fitters at Nordstrom - I will never trust the employees at Victoria's Secret again, nor will I waste my money on bras there. Now that I know my actual size I feel like I finally have a reason to invest in nice bras, and THIS is a nice bra. It fits perfect for my 32C shape. No gapping or discomfort and it truly is invisible under clothing, which, thanks to my old VS bras, I didn't even think was possible for a bra to do. Perfect every day bra and I plan to buy more ASAP!
