Feathers Plunge T-Shirt Basics Bra

Definitely try if you are shallow busted, need a wide, low set center, have more than average side breast tissue, looking for a lighter weight tee-shirt bra. If you are on the full side of your usual cup size you will need to size up but be aware the cup will be rather wide and deep on the outside if you size up and you might lose the fullness in the front. If you try a cup larger you may want to see if you can use a band smaller which would give you like half a cup larger, if you get my drift. The band is on the shorter side so it might work. Also the straps are wide set, front and back. Also it pushes the breast from the side horizontally rather than up diagonally from the outer corner. If you have a lot of side tissue and you go up one cup size you will get really good side coverage. Unfortunately the band is rather than and flimsy for the deep cup so . . .back flab is very possible if you are not quite thin in the ribcage or younger. Also I went from a B to a C and it was a lot higher on the outside of the cup. I usually wear a 36B. The C was a bit much but the strap is not especially long so I'm ordering a 38B which I hope hits the sweet spot. I'd say the sale price is more appropriate than the full price but this is far from the worst bra out there and maybe a great option for those with the issues I mentioned. I hope this is helpful instead of just saying "I love it" which doesn't tell much. Cheers.

The Feathers is my absolute favorite bra Nordstrom will ever sell. I know that some people think that the lace might show through t-shirts, but honestly it never shows through under anything for me. I LOVE how deeply it plunges, it makes it very versatile to wear with any kind of tees and most camis. I also really love the “cream” color. It’s a great alternative to boring/unsexy nude! The black is also very sexy. I just love feeling sexy when I’m wearing either colors. I didn’t want to try it on at first because it doesn’t have any-push up, but it gives me a really great push up/in without the padding. I’m very shallow at the top of my breasts, so most non-pushup bras gap at the top and look horrible under clothes. I love how this one NEVER gaps, so if you’re shallow like me, you NEED this bra! The cups do run a little small, so I would strongly encourage everyone considering buying this bra for the first time to GO IN and get a bra fitting so they can determine the right fit for you.

Tried the 34C and D, went w the D cup. I wear a 34D in VS. The contours are smooth and the underwire is supportive without “spilling” under the armpits.

I love this bra. (Loved) Have purchased three of them from Nordstrom. Purchased 2 at one time, and another a few months later. I no longer love them and am very sad. All within 2 weeks or less, they all developed big and small holes on the lace band which causes pain and redness from the pulling of the lace where the holes are while wearing. These bras, which were once my go-to and favorite and made me a loyal customer, have let me down. I have always followed instructions on delicately washing them; never had a problem then all of a sudden all three are ruined. By the way, I've been trying to write this review for almost 4 months. Hopefully it posts this time.

I purchased this to go under a low cut dress. Let’s just say it hung low but had them sitting up high. Comfortable too. I wear a 34f and it did me some good. Definitely recommend! IG @elledoubleu_Lw for other looks.

As a 36DD, I hated looking for bras because everything in my size had SO much material and coverage that came up higher than my necklines and made me feel way older than my 40 years. I found this after searching for bras by rating and have never looked back. It's sexy, it's supportive, it comes in gorgeous colors and it makes ME feel good. Purchasing my fifth one now.
