So, I bought the Kate Spade "One In A Million" Neclace and it turned colors on me so I thought we'll let me try a different brand so this is perfect for everyday the heart is little but still cute. I love this necklace it's perfect

Disappointing
Cheap looking - first, so tiny, it’s hard to even see the initial. Second, gold is not really as shown; it’s a dull, almost brassy color. Third, the engraving is poorly done and last, the edges were rough, tarnished & looked defective. I sent mine back & would not recommend; it appears customers are either very happy or very unhappy so it seems the quality manufacturing of this item is inconsistent.

Cute for a Child
Thought this necklace was the perfect accessory....until it arrived. I love the simple design, but the pendent was much smaller than I imagined and a little longer. When I tried it on, it was completely unnoticeable. Not short enough to hit above the collar and not big enough or long enough to really be seen below. If you are going for a very dainty look, then this might work for you. Unfortunately, I wanted something for everyday wear that was a little more substantial and also not blingy.

Chain broke
Love this necklace. I looked for a long time for a letter necklace that I liked and had the letter 'w' available as many didn't. However, the chain broke after only six months. I'm debating as to whether to spend the money on another if it's only going to last that short of a time.

Poor Quality
Bought this for my 14 year old niece. She couldn’t wear it since the latch/lock broke when she was about to put it on. It fell apart. The color and quality is really cheap. It’s more like a rusted color and the initial was poorly engraved. Will return. Spend a little more and buy Kate Spade.

Disappointing
So disappointed. This necklace is adorable but mine has a lumpy piece on the bottom corner of the heart and has a foggy looking spot around it. Not smooth like the one in the photo. I can’t believe they would send it out like this! The chain is fine, the length is just a bit lower than my collar bone, for reference.
