The Multiple Stick

I have only tried Maui and I am fair skinned, silver haired & blue eyes. It has alot if pigment so use lightly. I was told to put some on my fingers and lightly pat in for a fresh, natural glow. Being so fair, I don't need much but the little I use lasts all day. I am if dryer skin so this might not be true for an oily skin person. It has a mauvey rose tone on me. But I grab pink in my skin alot . If you leave a review, please add your color in it. The reviews don't automatically add it in and we all LOVE to hear what you think.

I love this stick! It glides on so easily and, once blended, it sets to a beautiful soft powdery finish without settling into my lines. I use it for a bit of glow and blush on my cheekbones as well as to highlight my brow bones, jaw and collar bones. I just turned 70 and appreciate the youthful luminescence the Multiple Stick gives my look. Lucky me! Lucky me!

I have been using this product for well over a decade. I keep trying other similar products and then coming back to it. The reason I love it so much is that it's just ultra easy to use and versatile. You really can use it on the cheeks and lips and even the eyes with some colors. I think it's rare that a product that is marketed as being an all over color actually does work on the lips. Usually you get a chalky or sticky effect, but this stick really doesn't do that. It's not drying, either. My favorite color in the collection is Maui. It's got a nice plummy pink with a blue base, so it's easy for most people to wear and it shows up on very light and very dark skin. It has a more matte finish with a tiny bit of sheen, but no glitter. I think Maui is a good starting point for anyone who hasn't tried this product, yet.

I love the product. I love this in Cocacabana---fantastic for evening events. This color (G Spot) is the absolute best for very natural but rich color that is translucent. Perfect for fair skin that tans easily. I also like to apply G Spot as a base on my lips before any other lip product (and so far my favorite is Nars Pencils in Damned). I find that this softens and blurs any lipstick of lip pencil and makes the color translucent and more natural. This is never drying, has no perceptible odor (critical limiting factor for me!), and long lasting. I do not like sparkles---luminescence is the goal. G-Spot is not truly luminescent, but it does have a lovely translucent quality. Some Multiples I do not like because of too much sparkle that is too obvious. The price is beyond fair given the size of the container. I just purchased a back-up Multiple in G-Spot because it is so versatile. I do wish though that Nars would consider making the Multiples in purse or travel size. Although I cannot imagine (yet) traveling without two Multiples, they eat up space and are heavy. Because of this I am experimenting with some products from another brand to make business travel simpler and more efficient.

First off I am a very pale blond. I had one of these sticks in Orgasm, but my daughter took it. Perfect pink peach but on the bright side. All these have a shimmer to them. I have Portofino, and it is OK on me. A bit too orangey. I am going to try the Riviera because it is more pink and I think when you get older a flash of pale pink make you look younger. My photo is with liquid Orgasm blush. Doesn't last as long as I’d like, but it is nice to have around.
