Not Very Impressed
I have used another brand (Japanese old at Nordstrom) for years (which I love it). I really like NARS products so I thought I would give it a try and change it up a little. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The rubber pad didn't allow much curl for my lashes (actually it barely created a bend). I am going back to my other curler...

not great
It is not as sturdy as the Trish McEvoy, Lancome or She Umera eye lash curlers. I would not recommend purchasing. It just seems light and doesn't do a good job of curling the lashes.

NARS is my favorite eyelash curler
I have been using a NARS curler now for about 3-4 years and don't envision myself switching anytime soon because this one is a good shape that fits the whole eye and doesn't exclude any lashes. Also, it works, plain and simple. I have very long but very straight lashes and was previously loyal only to Tweezerman, but you have to be diligent about changing Tweezerman's curling pads or else they pinch your lashes and pull some of them out! Moreover, Tweezerman no longer sells replacement/ refill pads. You have to buy a whole new curler -- in fact, this seems the standard in the cosmetics industry now, so if I have one complaints that NARS gives you only one replacement pad. However, I've found that the pads last at least one full year and don't become damaged to the point that your lashes get stuck in them. I am in my second curler in 3-4ish years. (Apart from Tweezerman, I have also tried Laura Mercier and Bobby Brown curlers, neither of which feels as sturdy. And the Laura Mercier curler is shaped rather on the flat (not curved).

no good
I usually use the MAC eye lash curler and this NARS curler doesn’t compare to it. I press it all the way down and it barely curls my lashes. This is a return for sure .

Will make Asian lashes curl
So I have been in the market for a great eyelash curler and I think I've found it! This curler is amazing. I'm Asian so I have very straight lashes that grow down. I was hesitant on purchasing this curler because it's more expensive then what I was use to buying in the drug stores but after many failed attempts and broken lashes from the cheap ones, I thought I would splurge. It curls my lashes so beautifully and it's curved at the right angle to avoid pinching and pulling. I would recommend to anyone looking for something that works. I didn't give it a 5, but it did catch my attention. It's my favorite so far!

No curl
I love NARS products so I also purchased this curler but it doesn't do much. I am still in search of the best eyelash curler. I loved Shu Uemura but can't seem to find it anywhere.
