Doesn’t last
I bought on Black Friday sale in 2025 by April 2026 it no longer has powerful air flow and heat is not as hot. As a stylist I need a dryer to last way longer. They won’t honor warranty without original box so make sure to keep that

I’ve been using babyliss blowdryers for the past 15 years. I took a chance on this one. It shuts off repeatedly while using, even while changing filter and cleaning multiple times a day. Also the concentrator spins all the time and I have to constantly move it back in place. The diffuser also falls completely off all the time. I think I say I hate this dryer at least ten times a day to clients. I never write reviews but wish I would have known how bad it was. There weren’t any reviews yet when I made the purchase.

Not happy
I gave it a try because I love babybliss, but it gets really hot and it’s making my hand hurt
