rough on hair
Worst flatiron Ive ever used last 20 years.
Harsh on my hairs, I use heat protectors and my hair never felt so dry and so brittle . Just awful!
The outside gets hot and I burned myself couple of times too. All the hard work i did throughout the year getting my hair healthy again down the drain because of this flatiron.
I don’t know how this brand is popular.
My old flatiron is way better no comparison.

Awful
The worst flat iron Ive ever owned I have a chi that works better than this thing and that’s saying a LOT. The outside is metal and like science metal gets hot so good luck curling someone’s hair or holding it for control to make sure you don’t BURN YOUR CLIENT. Like literally the worst flat iron doesn’t even get the hair strait.

Pulls Hair
Not thrilled with the flatiron! It pulls on my hair, which I’ve never had with any other irons. The titanium plates are what I’ve never had before, so this must be why. Don’t buy!
