Curvo Wine Rack

There is a black felt protective lining on the bottom base of the product. This black felt after placed on my wood countertop within my kitchen cabinetry left a horrible stain. I tried contacting the manufacturer Nambe early June. It took almost 3 weeks to get a manager to speak to me after 3 emails and numerous phone calls. The manager of Nambe did not have a care in the world that this product has caused damage to my countertop. I asked if he would look into placing a warning label or will even look into the situation and he said absolutely not and was extremely arrogant and rude. He blamed me for the damage insisting that I caused the damage and would not entertain the fact that their product is a defect and causes damage. I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner above him and he refused and said "You will never speak to anyone above me, this company is a small family run business and I will never have the owner contact you". My issue is my very expensive cabinets are now stained from a defective product from a company who DOES NOT back their product and consider the actual damage it can cause. For a company to supply a "high end" item to be placed on potentially "high end" furniture or cabinetry to not have a care in the world what it can do to this "high end" furniture is baffling.
