Fits weird, declining quality control
Ive noticed this about a few tops by NW, why is the armpit hole so big and the hem so messy? It scrunches up on the side and looks bulky. Their quality has been on a steady decline very sad, used to be one of my go to brands.

Cute style and I wish it fit. I purchased a size large and I usually wear a medium and I didn’t like how tight it felt. It’s stretchy but it’s long and because of the multiple layers it’s feels tight. For reference I’m 5’4”, 34D and 140#.
