Naisbury II Bootie (Women)

The shoe was long on me. I would have tried a half size down but I didn’t like how the upper sat against my foot where foot and leg connect-it rubbed against my leg. Also, I wanted to wear these with a flared jean showing a hint of skin. The tall upper hit the hem of my jeans and covered my skin; if I had kept them I would have had my jeans tailored to a shorter length. I wound up ordering Dansko Carrie mule. Not a loafer but the upper on the mule sits lower on my foot and allows some skin to show with my flared jeans-no need to hem the jeans.

These are well made shoes but were stiff when I first put them on. I wore a sock & walked around my home in the am & again in the evening as I thought they might end up just too stiff for my comfort level. I did the same the next day and thought they might be ok and they are. Would like a bit more cushion but will live with it.
