Perfection

This is the perfect French tip shade. Candy Floss strikes the ideal balance between timeless and modern. Making your nails chic and always looking put-together. The soft pink hue flatters every skin tone and works beautifully for both a minimal manicure or a classic French tip. Nailberry’s breathable, long-wearing formula keeps it glossy and fresh, making this understated shade a go-to for everyday elegance. This is perfect for all year round and the brush size makes for an easy application. This makes your nails look like you’ve had a manicure. I got this as part of a set from Space NK and it’s definitely a product I didn’t know I needed.

Disappointed

I had such high hopes from this very premium priced nail polish and I even used it with the base and top coat from the same brand for best results. I bought this as a healthier alternative to a similar Essie shade but the results were below any possible expectations. Yes the shade is lovely in the bottle but the coverage is so weak that you need 3-4 layers to achieve that colour, and the more you apply the harder it is to dry and becomes easily damaged. It’s also very streaky so you can’t do just the standard 2 layers. It’s awful!

Nice

Candy floss is a lovely soft pail pink which is so wearable and pretty. It’s my usual go to shade which makes my nails look healthy and clean. It dries quite quickly with a slightly glossy finish. However, because the colour is so light it does go on quite sheer and you do have to be careful of streaks, although other people wouldn’t notice them but I do. So although it’s lovely it’s not perfect and I couldn’t say what sets it apart from high street nail varnish.

The perfect soft pink

I have recently switched from a gel manicure to ‚normal‘ nail polish to give my nails time to recover and strengthen. I was looking for a natural, fair pinky tone and Candy Floss ticked all the boxes! It applied smoothly, dried fairly quickly and lasted for a surprisingly long time (1.5 weeks) before it started chipping. It’s the most beautiful soft pink shade, perfect for everyday.

The Candy Floss shade is a lovely soft pink, but I found the formula a bit tricky to work with. It took a few coats to get an even, streak-free finish, and the color can look a little sheer depending on the lighting. Once applied properly, it does look pretty and wears fairly well. I like the clean formula, but for the price, I expected a slightly smoother application.

perfect subtle pink shade

I got this in the recent gift with purchase. It is a perfect pale pink shade and I've been wearing it non stop since it arrived. One coat for barely there colour or two for palest pink perfection. The second coat can be a bit streaky but I don't find it an issue with such a pale shade. Easy to apply and remove. I look forward to finding more shades to wear.
