Just received this used bag today and discovered that the person that had it before me, kept the little cosmetic bag that came with it, and left her used toothpick in one of the pockets. This is definitely going back!

Cute and slouchy!
Love this bag! Super lightweight and holds a ton. It does slip off your shoulder if you have a winter coat on- but if the bag is full it's not as bad.

Poor Interior Design
The large Metro Bag is a good size. Good for travel.
The interior design needs work, especially the smaller zippered section located below the larger zippered section into the interior of the handbag.
Design of that smaller section needs a make-over.
When unzipping that section and because of the oversized amount of fabric, it easily becomes entangled in the zipper. Taking it back to the store where purchased and if I am told it cannot be fixed, a refund is required..

Shipped Defective Bag
Took handbag out of the box and could immediately see how the zipper was caught in the lining. There is no way whoever packaged this shipment couldn’t see this. So now, I get to take the time and trouble to return it. Nordstrom - step up your quality control regarding shipments. It’s only gotten worse over time.
