arrived used with water stains and missing pouches

I absolutely love the design of this bag. The Large Metro Travel Tote is lightweight, spacious, and the Morning Dove color is beautiful. It’s exactly the style I was hoping for and fits comfortably on the shoulder. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. My bag appeared to have been previously handled or returned. It had visible stains on the exterior, arrived without the original packaging, and was missing the three removable pouches that are supposed to be included. Since the color was sold out, I wasn’t able to exchange it. The bag itself is wonderful, but for the price, I expected a brand-new, complete product. I would recommend carefully inspecting your order when it arrives.
