Jimmy Deluxe Quilted Nylon Duffle Bag

This review is to call out Nordstrom for selling purses at full price that are missing items. This is not the first, not the second, but the third time I have purchased a MZ Wallace handbag from Nordstrom only to receive a purse that was missing a shoulder strap and an interior removable pouch and/or both--which is the case for this Jimmy bag. It came without the shoulder strap and also without the internal pouch, both should have been included in this bag. This is beyond frustrating at this point. As a Nordstrom shopper for over twenty-five years I gave them the opportunity more than once to get it right, and they have failed. I must say that as the years have gone by, especially since 2020, I have received items from an online purchase in used condition after paying full price. Nordstrom you have now lost another shopper for your higher ticket items because of this (I have had this experience with Golden Goose shoes as well). I do hope someone with decision making authority in the company is paying attention to this ongoing issue. Of course, this purse will be going back.
