amazing

I had been eyeing this bag and was initially hesitant about it given the size. It looked big and I am 5’1 ! I happened to be walking through the Nordstrom near my home, saw it and tried it on. It is PERFECT! Sits so so nicely. I even tried it with my cell phone, keys, lotion, sunglasses, first aid kit (I have a 4 year old!) lipstick and sanitizer. It still sat perfectly and was not too heavy at all. That afternoon I wore it out with my son on a fall day with a vest. Incredibly cozy and sat even better on with outerwear. The hardware is beautiful. I have lots of high end bags , but wanted something stylish and easy for everyday. I wear it with the braided rope hanging down and the crossbody strap on. Looks great. Don’t hesitate ! Magnet color goes with everything.

Extremely disappointed

Do not buy!! Go directly to mz wallace! These expensive bags do not come with a dust bag or any protection on zipper tabs or bag straps. My first bag I got was in used condition and missing a strap. Customer service was great and immediately sent out a replacement. The replacement was in the same condition (this one had all 3 straps). When I called to speak with a manager I was told that they don’t get dust bags for these purses. For a $300 bag it’s a huge disappointment that it’s not included. You can pay the same price on the mz wallace web sight and get the dust bag and protective coating on everything. If these things dont matter to you then I’d recommend getting from Nordstrom. Customer service was great but this was a huge inconvenience and all they can do is send a replacement. No discount, partial refund, or even store credit. I wasn’t out to get any money back but after the second bad experience it was a big inconvenience. Other than my experience, the bag is amazing and I’d highly recommend it to anyone, especially moms with little ones!

Does not last

I bought this bag 9 months ago and the hardware and zipper are tarnishing, looks terrible! It’s a great looking bag but a bummer I no longer want to carry because it looks so old. The top zipper is a different color than bottom from turning. The zipper also gets stuck on the interior fabric often. I do not use this bag regularly either.

stylish, but so thin

I love the style, light weight and its functional, but the material is so thin. I don’t think it is water resistant. The worst part is i got the bag that obviously been lightly used. Moreover, I don’t know who on earth will spray a perfume on a bag. It smells like an old lady perfume, very strong that hit my nose as soon as i open the plastic bag. I am allergic to perfume and it causing me migraine. I will returning this bag and opt to the Bowery sling instead for my coming trip. Hope the bowery fabrics is not as thin as this crossbody sling.

Perfect for business casual days

This is a great bag, very comfortable on the body. Multiple choices for the strap so you can dress it up or down. I am finding it perfect for days when downtown in business casual. It holds a lot , including my iPad and notebook, without putting stress on my shoulders or back.

missing straps and smells of cigarettes

Before buying this bag I read several reviews indicating that others had received the bag with straps missing, used, no protective material etc. I chose to buy anyways, however, I wish I took these reviews to heart as my bag arrived with no protective material on metal accents, missing straps, and smelt of cigarettes. I am very disappointed and plan to buy direct from the brands website. I gave stars because it is a cute practical bag, and look forward to getting the bag new one day soon.
