Beautiful bag
Great bag but a little to small For my needs. I ended up exchanging for the metro. I ordered in matte black. I’ve been looking for a backpack with a front zipper and side water bottle holder. On this size, they only water bottle I could fit was a Swell and even that was a tight squeeze and needed two hands to get in/out. Also the front pocket was a little small to fit my hand and plus sized iPhone in quickly. It’d be a the perfect size if not for those two things. I did not have any trouble with the straps being to small. I could easily fit it over my north face down parka. They do adjust a few inches.

Straps too short!
I really wanted to love this bag because I love the light weight, the quilting, and the storage/organization. However, the straps are way too short, causing the bag to ride too high and making it impossible to wear over a coat. Also, I am not too crazy about the padding on the straps - it makes it more like a book bag and less like a purse. Unfortunately, I will be returning this bag.

Great bag. Has a lot of room without looking bulky. Outside pockets are good for sunglasses, but won't fit water bottle. Plenty of room inside . Love this bag. Just the right size. Not too big. I got the animal print which I don't see anymore and the grey for summer.

Just too small for a 13" laptop
I bought this backpack for work. I have a 13" HP laptop I need to carry around plus papers when I go to market. This backpack was just too small even though it says it fits my laptop size. The corners of the laptop were poking out just enough when the backpack was zipped up, I had to upgrade to the Metro backpack which is a couple inches bigger.
