Great platforms to give height!
First some sizing information: as a woman of a certain age, I really did not know what size to order in this platform sandal given it said go up a half size so I called Munro directly to ask them because I wanted to know if you size up in width too. I was told in my case, if your regular size is 9 1/2 WW (mine is) then you would get a 10 WW in this shoe so that is what I did and it is a fine fit! So if you increase the size by a half size then get the same width as you usually would. This said, these are a nice platform sandal that is comfortable to wear and they have a slight rocking motion when walking as well. I originally had tried the Aeries II platform but because of my bunions/bent large toes the toe elastic would not work for me. These sandals are styled entirely differently so thankfully I can wear them with my feet issues. I may eventually get either the metallic blue or green ones for variety. Red shoes work for me but I don't like the white bottoms on those. I don't know if Munro will make other platforms but I recommend buying these while they are available as the will give you some height as a bonus!

Uncomfortable ankle strap
The shoe gives great arch support. I gave 1 star because the top ankle strap cut into my ankle when I walked. Loosening and tightening the strap didn’t help. So I returned the shoe.

Straps leave red marks on my feet about as soon as I put them on. Unlined leather might be the culprit.

Comfy AND Narrow Enough!
Munro scores again in the comfy department, and for narrow width sufferers like me, this shoe is narrow enough that my foot doesn't slide around and the heel strap does not slip. The velcro hook and loop lets you adjust the tightness, so you're covered there. I know some Munro styles can be matronly, but they do tend to have some sandal styles that meet my "unmatronly" criteria and this is one. There are other brands that Nordstrom still carries that come in a narrow width (and I'm forever grateful for that) but I suspect that Munro's get it right because they are American made and "get" our feet! Yes, they are a bit more pricey because of this, but I think well worth it.

Big Disappointment
This shoe is a really cute style. The straps were great and the width was perfect; however, for my foot the sole was so firm I could not walk comfortably in them. I was assuming it would has some cushion but did not. Sadly I had to return them.

Total Comfort!
Not only are these shoes stylish and trendy, they are pure comfort! I walked over two miles in these shoes, up and down hills while shopping in a quaint little town this past week and my feet were just as happy as could be at the end of the day.

Great lift from a Munro Sandal
I purchased these in the green and just love them. They are very comfortable, and the wedge adds some height without being too high. I purchased them in my usual Munro size 8.5 M, and sometimes that's a half size larger than what I wear in Paul Green or other brands. Really love this sandal and highly recommend them!
