Great vitamins
Great ingredients. Best multivitamin I've tried yet. Since I'm using it for supplementing nutrition rather than sports recovery I only take 2 instead of 3 caps each day. The Raw D3 and liposomal turmeric are great too. Those are my 3 "daily drivers" for supplements. This vitamin is suitable for those with MTHFR and intermediate/fast COMT.

Multi benefits
I decided to try this multivitamin because I am pretty active all day and am wanted to see if it would help with my aches and pains. I feel like this product is giving me more energy, helping with my daily recover and I like that it is a multivitamin! Its easy to take - with or without food which is big for me - I dont always want to eat when I am taking vitamins. I love that this is made in the USA. Nice product

COLOSTRUM! included plus all the other vitamins
It includes a great amount of Colostrum! That's what drew me to this vitamin to begin with. Colostrum improves my immune system so much, if I am feeling down or getting sick, Colostrum kicks it out. Plus all the other vitamins that are included to make it a multivitamin, It is a win for sure. I highly recommend it.

Easy to take and had great antiflammatory benefits
I like this multivitamin which has added benefits for anyone, but especially those who are recovering after exercise. I like that it includes quercetin, which is great to address allergies and inflammation. Also colostrum, which is effective to help with gastro functions (great for those with IBS). There is no strange taste and these capsules are easy to take. I feel well filling in all of the nutritional gaps I may have in my diet.
