It helps but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product I believe helps me fall asleep better, but the dosage is really high. You have to consume 3-5 pills. I take other medications, so having to take an additional 3-5 pills is just a lot for me. I was trying to use this as a sleeping aid and collagen substitute, but after the bottle is gone I’ll prob just got back to liquid collagen and melatonin

Restful sleep
