Was Super Excited but the Quality!!
Was really excited to get this bag but unfortunately the quality was not up to par with the cost of this bag. The handle is made of material rather than leather which lessens the bag’s overall quality. Disappointed :-(

Great functional bag
Love this bag. It sold out quite rapidly. The oak color is their best seller. It’s beautiful. I own the smaller version of this bag too. It’s a classic style bag that never goes out of fashion. I hope Nordstrom receives the black color in this bag too.

hatdware broken within 12 months
I love this bag and it receives many compliments however, the lock broke within the the first 12 months. Given the price I was disappointed as mulberry bags have a reputation for quality. When I took it to one of my local Nordstrom stores. The sales associate advise she could replace it. She called her manager across to process the request and he advised luxury items can only be exchanged if they in as sold condition. I find this extremely disappointing given the bag has a manufacturers defect.
