Mouth Tape

I kept waking up with a dry mouth so I gave it a shot, and after a couple nights of getting used to it, I actually really like it. I wake up without that dry, gross feeling, and my husband says I’m not snoring as much either. The tape stays on all night but doesn’t hurt to take off, which I was worried about, although if your skin is oily it might not stick as well, and definitely don’t use it if you’re congested . It’s not some life-changing miracle, but it’s a simple thing that’s made my sleep feel a bit better.

It’s my first time using mouth tape and these definitely work well. My only complaint is that it’s a bit of a challenge to pull off the back of the stickers, which is annoying. But once they’re on, they work and they are pretty comfortable. I appreciate the small hole that a straw fits through so that I can take a sip of water in the middle of the night.

I’ve tried a few mouth tapes before and this one is hands-down my favorite. It’s comfortable and breathable, and the material feels like that Japanese kinesiology-style tape, soft, flexible, and not irritating on my skin. It actually stays on and keeps my mouth closed through the night, but I love that it has a breathing hole haha just in case. The neutral color is a small detail that makes a big difference too, it looks subtle and not creepy which my husband definitely appreciates. Super impressed and I’ll be repurchasing.
