Mountain Shoulder Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mistakenly purchased this messenger bag, because it was too small for my iPad Air 5. I returned it the same day I received it with the included return label not realizing that the label "had a 3-5 week delivery return estimate". If I had read the fine print, I would've paid the extra cost to have it expedited since North Face is too cheap to pay for a normal delivery label. I finally received my refund after about 3 weeks and continuously contacting North Face and the post office about the status of my return. Thank you North Face for including that slow boat from China return label - anything to cut cost right? Now how about my $100 gift card or does honest reviews and feedback automatically disqualify customers from it?
