What it is: An eyeshadow palette that's a homage to Club Kids and runway couturiers.
What it does: This third addition to the Mothership series was designed to inspire wildly experimental, editorial looks. The daringly defiant color story mixes vivid violets, multidimensional blues, sumptuous greens and signature mattes to incendiary effect. An emollient powder formula glides effortlessly onto lids, providing an incredibly creamy feel and combining a smooth, even layer of intense color payoff with otherworldly illumination. This counter-cultural palette was curated for provocateurs of every skin tone, ranging from avant garde artists to glam rock rebels.
How to use: Apply shadows dry, wet to amplify color or on top of the IntensifEYES Artistry Wand for dramatic opacity. Use shadow brushes to apply color, contour the crease, blend and define. Metallic, glitter and chromatic finishes can be applied with a brush or pressed onto the centre of the lid or brow bone with a finger. Apply to the inner corner with a small detail brush.

I love it
I love all the shades and the formulation of the eyeshadows. It is a great addition to my collection of her palettes. Very easy to apply and very pigmented. I use Primer Potion and 'dry' the area with the lightest beige shade in the palette. This makes a good canvas for the mattes and shimmers to adhere to with almost no fallout or patchiness. Having those first layers will help the shadow slip for easy blending. I use a firmer brush for the glitter and shimmers. The packaging is very nice and unique, I also always keep all the boxes the palettes come in so I can tell them apart.

Love it
Colors are even more fabulous in real life. Perfect for Fall because the color story is on the darker side. I find that the mattes blended well. I used lid primer and the lightest shade in the palette to create a dry but blendable base.

Pleasantly surprised!
I hesitated purchasing this eye palette as colors looked so vivid. I love this palette. I apply the shadows with a dry brush and I find the colors aren’t as dark. I assume if colors applied wet, then the colors would be more saturated and darker. I find the colors are just a wash of color with my application and I apply the black color on outer ends of eyes and blend into the crease. At night I will try the wet application. The eyeshadow lasts all day and is stunning. I recommend this palette.

PML newbie here. I looked at many YouTube videos and decided this to be my first Mothership. The hype is real, people! It’s keeping me busy with new and amazing possibilities after years of playing it safe and neutral. I love love love it!
Bad points to Nordstrom delivery, which packaged it in an envelope with no protection. The palette box arrived a bit damaged. Will ship to store next time.
