love these jeans!
This is my first time trying mother jeans and I love them! They have a lot of stretch in them. If you’re petite and curvy these jeans are the best! I am usually a size 27 or 28 in jeans and I was very surprised I could size down to a 24. So definitely size down for these jeans in particular!

Worst Jeans
This is the 2nd pair of jeans I have ordered from this brand.
Way too expensive but thought I would give them a try as they seem popular. Worst jeans I have ever tried on

If you love Mother, you'll LOVE these
I disagree with other reviewers - this pair does NOT have a ton of stretch - take your normal size. It's actually the least stretchy of all my Mother jeans. Those of us that wear Mother regularly, usually love them because of their incredible comfort. This comfort is due in part to the stretch - makes everyone look fabulous. This pair is button-up, versus zipping (I don't love that so I took a star off). However, it's the perfect LIGHT stretch.
Non-curvy girls can get away with the boyfriend, light/faded denim with no stretch look. However, curvey girls look square and it makes us look heavier. This pair is the perfect solution - more structured than other Mother denim but with the perfect amount of stretch to fit really well (so you don't look boxy). I'm short (5'1" @ 138 lbs - size 28) so I cut off the length (as usual).
So happy I can now have the look of the light denim boyfriend without looking square & heavy.

Definitely size down two sizes in this particular style. Lots of stretch. I am usually a size 28 in Mother jeans and I ordered a 27 and had to return. Unfortunately, they are sold out of 26 size. I hope this helps.
