The script J looks nothing like the picture, and it immediately fell off the bracelet and was lost. Returned.

The initial is so small
Whats the point of having an initial tag on their if you can’t make out what the initial is? This bracelet is a total miss. Returning immediately. Comes in a cute little container that is giftable, but the initial is ridiculously small, not legible.

Pretty, but not a great design
At first glance, it’s cute, but the initial is so small and then the way charms are attached, they come off every time you put it on. This was for my daughter and I could see her losing one of charms easily.

Beautiful but…
Beautiful bracelet I bought it for myself. Loved the quality of the bracelet. However I wish that the clasp was different as I have a difficult time getting it on my wrist as the charms keep falling off. I have lost the heart charm twice. It simply fell off, but I was fortunate to realize it before it was too late.

Love them BUT
The bracelet is beautiful. So are the charms, however, I wore it one day and both charms fell off very easily. I was able to find the small heart but the big white heart is lost. I gave my daughter hers on Mother's Day and the same thing happened to her's. How can I replace them?
